There area few things you want to think about when designing a volunteer program
1. It should have cost recovery built in. You should not lose money to have volunteers.
2. The program should have 3 components: education, action and advocacy
3. Have a variety of point -of- entry activities for new volunteers.

Please continue to watch the blog over the next few weeks as I will be digging deeper into each of these areas in future post.

Thanks!
