I am a Consultant, Strategist and Coach.

With over twenty years of nonprofit management experience at the executive level, I have designed and administered more than 150 global programs to engage 500,000 people into action directly and almost 1 million indirectly through creation of global strategy. As a manager who knows how to earn and maintain 100% staff support through leadership and communications strengths, I have recruited, mentored, trained and enhanced the skills of a multicultural staff of 400 men and women representing more than 20 states and 15 nations around the world to deliver bottom line program impact.
