A tune up that will touch your soul, get you organized and on the right track in 2018. This tune up is not just for anyone. It is for folks that are ready to do the work for their businesses and their communities.
Who is this for: We are working together currently or you have always wanted to work with me but have not yet had the opportunity. We have laughed together, and sometime even cried. You have wanted to go deeper with my teachings and never had the space or time. I have been one of your greatest cheerleaders and biggest fans. I believe in you and your ability to do great work so fiercely that I help you believe in it as well.
No matter if we have worked together or not you want a deeper analysis and are ready to dig in!
You know that I will create a welcoming, inclusive space– a brave space- to dig in deep and explore the hard ideas and tackle the big obstacles.
Join us for 2 days of tuning up your life. These days will change everything. The ultimate blend of deep-learning, expanding your community, big ideas, strategies and tools for accelerated personal and business growth with so much laughter!
You have big plans; I know you do. You want to launch a project, start a new career, write a book or build a program.
You have a goal and you are ready to reach it.
Your current situation: responsibilities take up your focus, time and energy, and the longer-term things you want to work on never seem to take priority. That organization you want to launch doesn’t get off the ground. The book idea you are so passionate about never gets fleshed out. The next step is never made clear.
Seems like nothing that can help move you forward actually, happens.
The time is now to stop talking and start doing
Step away for a few days into a beautiful and nurturing environment where the main priority is your needs and the care and feeding of your ideas. You want to build a community of practice that believes in transformational relationships not just transactional ones.
Join me, my amazing line up of teachers and speakers and a small, powerful circle of peers in beautiful Asheville, NC 2 days of powerful reflection, design, and planning.

During our retreat, we will focus on 4 main areas:
- What is the most powerful, impactful work you want to create?
You will focus, prioritize and plan out your most important projects.
- How will you design your life, and care for yourself, so you get this work done?
You will get real about where you need to clear space, remove barriers and set boundaries so you and your work can flourish when you get home.
- How do you want to show up as a leader in this work?
You will look at your unique strengths and gifts and define the role you want to play in this work and how you show up to do it (Have you been hiding? Procrastinating? Craving the microphone? Doing everything yourself and wanting support?
- In what areas do you need to deepen your awareness and analysis? Developing the capacity to notice, to give our attention to our daily lives, our language, our behaviors, and even our thoughts; making the decision to live our lives and do our work through a waking position
Before we meet….
- Pre-work. In January, you’ll receive pre-work so that we can make the most of our time together
- One-on-One. Once you have completed the pre-work you’ll have a 30-minute strategy call with me to focus on what has happened since we last worked together. I want to make sure you get what you need during our 2 days together
Once you arrive, I’ll be there to provide support, encouragement and tools needed to get the job done. There will be challenging moments, but I’ll be there to keep you focused on the right things and create the environment for you to do some of your best thinking

This year we are offering a pre-retreat workshop March 1, 2018
I am offering a time and space for white women who want to make sure when they come into the formal retreat space- which will be centered around the voices of WOC– they are good allies and partners.
Workshop: White Womxn Waking Up
Instructor: Jessica Fish
You’re white and committed to understanding how your whiteness and white supremacy are at work in your life. You’re ready to dive in or to delve deeper, to explore and excavate what keeps you from being as intersectional and anti-racist as you can be. You are open to doing this work in community with other white womxn because you know it can offer the support and accountability you need to go further. Maybe the idea of this workshop makes you nervous or exhilarated, maybe this feels like something you “should” do, maybe the last few sentences make you want to hide your head in the sand. All of those reactions tell me that I want you in this room. Together we are going to spend a half day getting to the crux of our crap (personal and collective) that holds us back as white womxn from doing the work of getting beyond our fears and fragility around race, dismantling white supremacy, and showing up for womxn, femmes, and girls of color. This workshop welcomes and has something to offer the social justice newbie and the seasoned activist –we will learn from each other.
I don’t offer refunds on my retreats, but what I can offer you is my personal commitment to make this one of the most productive and rewarding experiences of your life. I know that you invest your time and money wisely. That’s why I’ve designed this retreat to be as productive as possible–the idyllic setting–rife with inspiration and free from distraction– expertise, resources, and coaching. We just need you. While no refunds will be given, registration is fully transferrable.
